Prison sentences for child porn cut
"Allowing the appeals, Lord Justice Hooper said the IPP sentences could not be allowed to stand as the approach of the courts towards child porn offences had been "very substantially modified" since the jail terms were imposed.
The view that such offenders should be classified as "dangerous" has now become discredited, he told the court."
