Judge accidentally sentences teen DD for rape
"A TEENAGER was wrongly sentenced to two years imprisonment yesterday – by a judge who did not know what the charges against him were.
DD, 18, pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl, but was accidentally sentenced for a rape during a mix-up at Gloucester Crown Court."
